Karen Fincher an American poet and writer, is the alluring author of Silent Partner, The Voice of A Poet, and Why I Sing, A Book of Poetry. Her words inspire readers to reflect deep within the soul to find their voice. Featured in Arts of Poetry Magazine, Karen has also spoken at Buckeye, AZ Public Library’s Mentor Nights and performed at Goodyear, AZ Arts and Culture Commission’s Story Rise. Born in Washington DC, raised in Spain and California, Karen embraced her love of words at the age of seven, when she began recording her most private thoughts and feelings. After a successful career in finance, at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Karen returned to her first love, writing, trading spreadsheets for blank journal pages. She currently resides in sunny California.
