Karen’s writing has been published many times in magazines and books. She trained as a fine artist at Camberwell College of Arts. Her paintings, prints, and sculptures have been exhibited internationally, including solo shows in Spain when she lived there for six years. "The dreamers amongst us make art, flee remote control; invent strategies to deflect poison, create without following recipes. Someone always tells us, the point is, you’re missing the point."
