Katey Hatcher is an Iowa-based author, substitute teacher, and education student with a passion for storytelling and learning. She is the proud parent of four children and many beloved pets, all of whom inspire her creativity and love for children’s literature. Wilbur the Sea Pup is her very first published book, and she is thrilled to begin sharing Wilbur’s adventures with readers everywhere.
