My name is Kathy Leak. I am 40 years old and have recently discovered my love and joy for writing. Suffering from two chronic illnesses, I hope to be an inspiration to others either suffering with illnesses or just to those whose hearts are open to my thoughts, feelings, and opinions. I hope to one day conquer these illnesses but right now I have been following a journey through life filled with past hurts, raw emotions, and unfinished business. Through my writing I find happiness and solitide and most of all a peace of mind that I have never known. I may use them as letters to myself or words of encouragement to look back upon.
