Keith Stephenson is a life-long educator. With over 20 years of experience in the field of education, Dr. Stephenson has served as an elementary teacher, middle school teacher, assistant principal, principal and vice president over a portfolio of schools. He has served as a principal of both public and charter schools. To support the appropriate development of the next generation of leaders, he served as an adjunct professor teaching leadership courses. Dr. Stephenson regularly presents at national education conferences and provides seminars and professional development activities for school leaders. Writing "The Principal's Cycle" provided Dr. Stephenson with the long awaited opportunity to reflect on his leadership skills and prepare the leaders of tomorrow.
