My name is Kelly Grimes, and I was born in Canton OH, in 1977. We moved around a lot over the years, but central Ohio (Columbus) is truly home. I graduated in 1995 from Fredericktown High School in Fredericktown OH. I am married to Sarah Grimes, who I met through a mutual friend. We wed in 2016. I have two grown sons (Dane and Chase), and 3 grandchildren (Elijah, Aubree, and Zeke). Most importantly, I am an imperfect follower of a perfect Jesus Christ. I currently attend Life-Giving church in Westerville OH. My first book entitled "7 Days in Managua" was about my mission trip to Nicaragua in 2009. I learned a lot from doing that book, mostly how not to write book, and how to do it incorrectly. So much happened on that trip a book had to be written, and maybe someday a movie (ha-ha). My second book "Christmas Eve: A Drive Home" was my first attempt at fiction. It's more of a short story, and I enjoyed writing it. It was more for the family and my mother, but I received many good reviews on it, I decided to publish it. My third book "The Almost Perfect Murder: The Dorothy May Grammer Story" is my most recent. It's a true crime murder that covers the "accident", investigation, trial, and eventual conviction of the case. I hope you enjoy some or all of these. Thanks for visiting my little space in the world.
