As a blogger, YouTuber, and certified Reiki Practitioner, having an online safe space for holistic greatness and unapologetic self-love is why I create. Being from California, living a unique and adventurous life is a norm. Learning how to live a balanced lifestyle began early for me, but connecting deeper with myself taught me how to align my work with my purpose. When I moved to Atlanta in 2019, I started including new ways to take care of myself and incorporated that in my brand, and in my content. The strong, beautiful women around me inspired me to create this brand of wellness activism.
