Lane Orsak grew up in Houston, Texas in the 1960-70s with a celebrity mother, “Kitirik” (First woman on ABC in Houston, TX from 1954-72). He studied liberal arts at the University of Texas and performed with the Austin Ballet Theater. After graduating, he toured Europe. In 1989 he moved to Tokyo to be a Language Consultant for corporate clients. He has been a self-employed Creative Marketing Consultant for 20 years. He is married and lives in Austin.
