Leslie Cuthbert LLB, LLM, FRSA, MCIARb is a Solicitor Advocate who sits as a Crown Court Recorder, Tribunal Judge for the Mental Health Review Tribunal, Road User Charging Adjudicator and as one of the Independent Adjudicators for Companies House. Leslie is a Director of Independent Investigative Interviewing Limited and author of the book "Effective Interviewing for Disciplinary, Grievance and Complaints Investigations" and regularly carries out training on Advanced Investigative Practices in criminal, employment and regulatory investigations both in the UK and abroad. He is an independent Member of the Lord Chancellor's Advisory Committee for North East Essex Magistrates Courts, sits on the editorial board of 'Tribunals Journal' and is on the list of Counsel for the International Criminal Court and both the Yugoslavian and Sierra Leone international tribunals.
