A child of the Most High and God's Essence... Candace Latrese Owens is a woman of many aspirations, achievements, and accomplishments as a former para-professional educator and teacher, coach, business owner, frequent content creator and blogger. Candace received her Master’s in Library Science (MLS) in August of 2022 with a concentration in Archival Studies and currently works for the Central Arkansas Library System as a Library Clerk. Candace is also freelance writer, and self-published author of self-love, mental health, and personal & spiritual growth works and a certified yoga teacher. Candace is passionate about family archiving and volunteering in archival practices. She was raised in North Little Rock, Arkansas, and currently resides in Maumelle, Arkansas. She appreciates her ancestors’ experiences and sacrifices. Candace enjoys family, close friends, and time with herself, whether traveling or in sacred spaces.
