I was born in Ireland to an American Mother and Irish father. We moved to America when i was still small. The United States has been my home. My education, i would image, is average. I am a mother, a wife, and an employee. I am also an Artist, Painting, Writing, Music, and Photography. I have been poet all of my life, I have written virtually everyday of my life but have published very little up to now. Regaining My Composure a book of Poetry, is a collection based entirely in emotion. There are lots of things in this world that shape us into who we are. Ultimately however, only one thing matters and that is love. So it is with love that i present this to all of you. I hope that it is something of interest.
