About
Lisa Calderone
Lisa grew up in NJ and later lived in MA, AL, MI, NE and WI. No matter where she lived, she loved her job and friends and she hated to move. Every place she moved to eventually became “one of the best places she had ever lived.” One of her favorite accomplishments was her writing. She wrote 22 books, including this novel. She also wrote 7 leadership manuals and over 100 articles. You can read more about Lisa’s writings through the links below. As the director of youth leadership the House of Peace, Lisa developed Tomorrow’s Present, which has five core programs, all applying the methods and principles surfaced by her doctoral research at Cardinal Stritch Univ. She funded this non-profit by writing grant proposals, requesting donations, writing articles, and speaking at churches and schools. In 2009, she was diagnosed with lymphoma and bile duct cancer. It was predicted she’d live 6 months. To everyone’s surprise, Lisa continues to live long beyond anyone’s expectations!
