Liz Garnett has been a travel photographer for over 28 years and specialises in France as well as her home county of Kent, UK. Through her many years of travelling to France she has created French Holiday Cookery. Liz has also lived for two years in Northern France. The majority of her trips to France are spent staying in self catering accommodation from gites to mobile homes and even a tent with a one hob gas burner. French Holiday Cookery has been developed over many years of visiting France with piles of cookery books. Liz has adapted and developed recipes to make the process of self-catering in France an easy and enjoyable experience. Journey is Liz's first novel and draws on her knowledge of camping in France.
