Les Galicinski, B.Sc., P.Eng., M. Div., D. Min. Les Galicinski is Executive Director of Deposits of Faith, an organization that provides Spiritual retreats, mentorship and development for Christian leaders. After a twenty five year career in Management and Engineering consulting, Les was called into the ministry, receiving a Master of Divinity degree from Tyndale Seminary.  Les has served for several years as a teaching pastor in Barrie, ON. In 2012, Les earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from Tyndale Seminary. His doctoral dissertation was researching, writing and field testing "Loves's Greatest Joy". He has also travelled internationally and taught in various settings. Les is an avid sailor and has a love for theology and spiritual formation in unique settings. Les and his wife Judi have two grown children and six grandchildren.
