She earned her BS in Legal Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC). Luciana Turner has an extensive background in finance and strategy development. She has 20plus years of experience as a ComplainceAuditor working on and submitting the yearly Incurred Cost Submission, Disclosure Statement Revision, Contract close-out audits, DCAA audit support, and more. After spending years listening to the Program and Project managers lay out the various reasons why they avoid working with small businesses while seeing the proof play out in the audits, Luciana started her company to help solve a problem in the market. Ms. Turner is a mother to twin children. She is raising them in North Carolina.
