Madhava Priya is a member of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, having joined in 1984. She has resided at temples in Detroit, Miami, Hillsborough NC, Atlanta GA, and briefly New Orleans, and has gone to India once. She has participated in distribution of Srila Prabhupada's books, in temple worship activities, in preaching programs, and in teaching Bhagavad-gita classes over the years. An artist, she has illustrated children's books for the movement and has painted many paintings of Krishna's pastimes and Krishna conscious philosophy. She has also written the books shown on this page, namely The GITA in 3-D, Varnasrama College Now! and Science of the Soul. She presently resides with her husband, Krsnasraya das, in West Michigan.
