Martin A W Holmes worked for a long time as a graphic artist before suddenly finding himself with rather a lot of time on his hands in his mid-fifties. Since then he has been pottering around writing stuff, drawing stuff, and recording stuff, mostly because he happens to share his life with someone rather wonderful who has been very supportive of what he still thinks of as his silly creative nonsenses. His life crossed paths with that of Lisa and Andrew in 2017, and, mostly due to their encouragement, he has become something of a prolific podcaster, and, as well as making contributions to ROUND THE ARCHIVES, has also worked with ANDY PRIESTNER on a number of projects including AN A TO Z OF UK TV DRAMA and SPACE SOLDIERS: A FLASH GORDON COMMENTARY PODCAST. Alongside all of his artworking, he currently also produces and presents VISION ON SOUND for FAB RADIO INTERNATIONAL (a digital radio station based in Manchester), has an online pal who is an Ogron named Gruntleigh, and lives on the very brink of Derbyshire.
