TONY VINCENT PAY is a retired Mechanical Engineer living on a tropical island, in Hawaii. Perched high atop the gentle slope of a hill, Tony and his wife look down from their home to view the white sandy shoreline and colorful romantic sunsets of the Pacific Rim setting over distant islands. Recently, with the encouragement of his wife, Tony found a hidden gateway that sparked his creative writing talents. His vivid imagination and genuine interest in people are evident in his writing style and subject matter.    Tony’s early years were spent growing up on an island named, Guernsey, which is in the Channel Islands, between England and France.  The tides of war had fallen upon this small island and touched the life of this young boy. At one point, during World War II, Tony endured the bitter trials of living in a concentration camp.    A lack of formal education did not stop Tony from wanting a better life. At the age of twenty-one, Tony made his move to the United States.
