Mel Gahler was born in East London, South Africa, he has devoted most of his life to his passion which is broadcasting, in particular radio presenting, he has been in the industry for over three decades and his ability, professionalism and dedication earned him the highest accolade one could wish for in the industry and that is to be inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame. For more than a decade Mel has been training and inspiring radio professionals and aspiring presenters, now in his first book he generously shares some of his experiences along with lessons learnt and empowers the reader with his knowledge and expertise covering radio broadcasting principals and discussing radio in South Africa in general.
