My name is Martin Anthony. I have been a Heavy Metal fanatic since I was 20. Heavy Metal has brought me to a new level in life. Since my conversion in 2005 I have seen over 100 Metal bands and have had the opportunity to travel to 33 nations and find metalheads in different parts of the world and witness some amazing festivals. Writing my first book "Journal of a Metalhead" was a tough ask to do. I spent 40 days overseas and some days I just didn't do much activity. But for what I experienced in America and Canada inspired me to get out more on my travels. Since 2011, I have never ever had a dull day of traveling in 24 nations I have 3 more volumes to write about what I did overseas in 2011,2012 & 2013 Since 2011I have been on 5 more travel journeys across 3 continents of the world. Even though I have only visited 42 nations it hasn't stopped me thinking of more amazing ideas to travel
