Michael M. Clements is an author and internationally renowned creative whose work spans global stages, leading magazines, and successful entrepreneurial exits. A multi-hyphenate artist and performer, he is the author of the generation-defining scrapbook memoir GenXiled, the poetic collection The Bali Paradigm, and the overseas-living handbook Liberty Abroad! Michael's professional journey is rooted in high-level editorial leadership, having served as Editor-in-Chief of two premier Washington, D.C. publications. His creative versatility has led him to perform on stage and screen in both the U.S. and Hong Kong, exhibit outsider art internationally, and play in an underground band in Japan. As an entrepreneur, he founded Genki Media LLC and successfully launched and exited the experiential arts venture ArtJamz. Now based in Bali, Michael’s work across multiple media blends humor, heart, and hard-earned wisdom for restless souls and fellow creatives. When he isn’t creating, he can be found diving with sharks, sipping matcha lattes, or scootering his son to school—though rarely all at once.
