Mikayla Leech is a history author with an interest in the 384th Bomb Group and Stalag Luft 3 Prisoner of War Camp in Sagan, Germany. Her book, From Stephenville, Texas to Stalag Luft 3, is the story of her great-grandfather, R.O. Henley, as well as over 100 of his friends and fellow prisoners of war. This engaging pictorial history book presents a dual-narrative perspective, sharing both the author's words and those of her great-grandfather, providing a unique look into the past. In addition to her book, Mikayla also serves as an author for the 384th Bombardment Group Museum in England, and as a board member for the 384th Bomb Group Heritage Association.
