I am Shane Caraway, independent author, editor, and publisher. I specialize in Norse sagas and narrative poetry as well as classical storytelling traditions, namely Fairy and Folktales. I am an author as well as a publisher and create original works inspired by the very poems and narratives that I study and publish. Non-Fiction is also an avid pursuit of mine, especially history. Aside from a poet and writer, I am an investigative historian, known primarily for my work on The 1787 Project. As an additional pursuit, I modernize and annotate the most precious of ancient and classical writings so that they can be read, understood, and enjoyed by contemporary audiences.
