In the early 2000's Jim and Mary Veldheer became friends with Chargerblue.com's Andy Losik as their son and current Arizona Cardinal Jared Veldheer was emerging as a small college All-American offensive tackle at Hillsdale College. Andy has covered Hillsdale football since the late 1990's and together they have spent the last five years crafting the story of Jared's journey to the NFL and all of the core principles behind it.
