George is the founder of MSI and BestInspectors.Net. He has been doing home inspections since 1999 and commercial building inspections since the 1980s. He also does skilled trades training, construction consulting, project management consulting, and forensic investigations. George has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (BSEE) and a master's degree in business administration (MBA). He has been a licensed electrical contractor since 1981, is a Certified Master Inspector and a Certified Fee Inspector and is an Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board approved instructor for five skilled trades, technology and business. He is a Michigan Department of Construction Codes approved instructor for three skilled trades and a New York State approved home inspection and business instructor. George was an educational director for Real Estate Training Academy in Michigan and is on the faculty for Merrrell Institute in New York. He is also an InterNACHI instructor.
