Noreen is a wife to Rick and Mother to Molly and Micah two busy growing teenage daughters. She has worn many hats over the years. Everything from Front desk manager, journalist and paralegal. Now she makes YouTube and her website, her full time career. She is an avid gardener and spends most of her summers growing beautiful fresh vegetables that she preserves and cans herself for her family to enjoy. There is nothing like being able to produce wonderful jams, jellies and fruit butters to give and share with family and friends throughout the year. Noreen feels like everyone should be able to cook for themselves. She has found that in this fast paced and busy world, many people do not take the time to plan meals and cook for their families, opting instead to reheat from frozen or even indulge in take out far too often. It is important to her that she help people understand that cooking is simple and very satisfying. Everyone can do it with a little friendly help!
