About
Lawrence Spencer

Lawrence R. Spencer is a unique writer whose books include a variety of eclectic subjects that explore facts and fantasies of universes, both physical and spiritual, including western history, art, mythology, personal spiritual immortality, logic and science fiction. His first book was published in 1997, titled "The Oz Factors" which uses the Wizard of Oz as an analogy through which to analyze the application and impact of Western "logic" in our lives. The "pagan" gods ceased 2,000 years ago. The novel "Pan: God of The Woods" assumes that immortal gods are real and active. If so, what are they doing now? Mr. Spencer also has a special interest and expertise in the books of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle to whom the book 'SHERLOCK HOLMES: MY LIFE' is a tribute. An an oil painter himself, Mr. Spencer made a ground-breaking study of the life and paintings of the Dutch master Johannes Vermeer in his book 'VERMEER: PORTRAITS OF A LIFETIME'. Mr. Spencer is also the Editor and Publisher of the best-selling book "ALIEN INTERVIEW", which is the transcripts, letters and personal notes provided by the late Army Air Force Nurse Matilda MacElroy concerning the Roswell UFO crash in 1947. He also wrote and published a science fiction book based on Alien Interview titled "Domain Expeditionary Force Rescue Mission", which is available from Lulu. His books "1001 Things to Do While You're Dead" and "Mortality Mechanics Manual" explore "life" as an individual Immortal Spiritual Being.
