I write about things that make me laugh. I write things I'd like to read if other people had written them. I write about things I know, things I've actually done or been around and involved in. My first play 'Cinderella and the Pantomime Thief' was published by Lazybee Scripts in 2005 and from then I started writing both fiction and non-fiction. I'm grateful to each and every person who buys and reads one of my books. The positive feedback I recieve makes every 3am 'must-get-this-chapter-finished' session and 9th cup of coffee of the day worth while. I'm currently co-writing a musical stage-play based on the paintings of Alexander Millar with the working title 'The Working Man', a book on Newcastle United, a short story called 'Eternity in the half-light' and a six-episode screenplay for a sitcom based on my play 'The death of the Warrington Theatre Group'.
