Emiliano Martín is a bilingual poet fluent in Spanish and English. Originally from Spain, he is also a naturalized citizen of the United States. In addition to his poetry, he has written several prose works, including "Spain's Footprints in Philadelphia" and "Vulnerable Excellence." Other notable poetry titles include "Daydreaming in Verse" and "Caught Between Layers." Martín served as President of "Círculo Español" from 1987 to 1989 and was the founding director of the "Philadelphia Poetry Forum" in 1988. Additionally, he was Executive Director of the Latin American Guild for the Arts in Philadelphia from 1998 to 2001. After four years as President of the Pennsylvania Poetry Society, he concluded his term in October 2022. His original writings in both prose and verse continue to inspire.
