Rachel Caesar is a social worker turned executive leader, entrepreneur, and changemaker dedicated to building equitable pathways for women of color in leadership. She is the Founder of Sisterhood in Success Inc., a nonprofit that provides mentorship, mental health access, legal resources, and professional development for Black women navigating the challenges of workplaces and entrepreneurship. A dynamic speaker, author, and coach, Rachel has been recognized as a KYW3 GameChanger Honoree, featured in outlets such as CanvasRebel and Philadelphia. Today, and has collaborated with partners including Starbucks, universities, and community organizations. Her bestselling book Don’t Touch My Hair amplified the realities of workplace microaggressions, and her programs through Sisterhood in Success — including LaunchHer, EmpowerHer, and SisterMatch — guide women in reclaiming their voices, stories, and leadership journeys. Rachel’s work is rooted in her own lived experience — moving from frontline social work to executive leadership and, ultimately, to entrepreneurship. Her mission is simple: to ensure that Black women not only survive but thrive as leaders who transform their communities and industries.
