About
Ricardo Zamora Enciso

Ricardo Zamora is the author of the Cooplexity model, a six-step framework of trust development based on 25 years of research, to transform modern organisations into competitive and sustainable workplaces and as a catalyst to develop professionals' talent and well-being. He specialises in Distributed Leadership. It is considered a set of spontaneous and interconnected collective initiatives. It relates to talent, team effectiveness and self-coordination and is applied to the agile world, liquid organisations, and shared leadership. Ricardo Zamora combines teaching with the practice of training in universities and companies. In collaboration with ESADE Business School, he has developed multiple tasks from three different lines of work. On the one hand, as a teacher of graduate students and business executives. On the other hand, as head of academic programs. Finally, as a professor of executive education for large companies and multinationals. Professionally speaking, eleven companies from the Spanish IBEX 35 stock exchange index, as well as multinationals such as Abertis, BBVA Bank, Dannon, Heineken, Unilever, HP, Arbora & Ausonia (Procter & Gamble), Holcim, Puig, REE, Santander Banking Group or Sabadell Bank, are some of Zamora’s direct clients.
