Hello. My name is Robert "Bob" Irish. I'll admit that I'm new to writing--having written only a couple of self-published books. Honestly, I write for the fun of it and don't want to lose that by sending out 1,000 query letters to publishers. I'm a user experience designer by day and when I'm not raising my family, I'm obsessing over movies, shows, or anything Harry Potter. Contrasting my love of the low-tech wizarding world, I also love collecting vintage tech and pining for the latest gadgets. When it comes to writing, I'm inspired by stories like Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and similar worlds ruled by mystical powers, odd creatures, and unlikely heroes. I enjoy writing for young readers as their capacity for imagination is most inspiring to me.
