Sean Reddaway has worked in management & leadership positions in small businesses, charities & social & community organisations from nineteen years old. He has used his experience as a coach, trainer & public speaker to encourage Personal & Leadership Development in high school students, the homeless, addicts, criminals, small business owners, charity workers, senior managers etc. Although Sean left high school with below average qualifications & did not go to college until thirty one years old he is now qualified at post graduate level in strategic management and leadership & has a Masters' degree in Business & Management.
