About
Sharen McDonald

Montrealer Sharen McDonald's life has always been linked to education even though she discovered too late that she really would have liked to work behind the scenes at the Stratford Festival or perhaps as a director of Broadway musicals. Still, she is very grateful to her students and colleagues for all the wonderful adventures along the way. In 2022, she was one of 5 Montreal writers chosen to be featured columnists by CBC Quebec and the Quebec Writers' Federation in the CBC/QWF 'Indelible Ink' competition. Welcome to her world of words. Her work includes: Merci Monsieur Montpetit (2022) Dream On (2019) Frankly Scarlet (2010) The Gold & Silver Shield: Leadership & Gender Parity (2007) First Class (What They Don't Teach You At McGill Education Faculty) (2007) A Gentleman and a Scholar (1996) (biography/education) Shoreline Press Self-Starters: A Study of Women Born Between 1940 and 1950 (1985)
