Sandy Dahlfred is a retired Information Technology Specialist. Retirement has provided her with time to pursue her lifelong passions of genealogy and local history. Her genealogy of the Dunton family was the result of decades of research by herself and other family members. She's also released a collection of stories from the history of Londonderry, New Hampshire, where she's a member of the town's Historical Society. Another project, "Rogues to Royalty: Notable Ancestral Lines of Ernest Dunton and Sadie May Jordan of Norfolk, Massachusetts," is a collection of fun family facts written specifically for her close relatives. In 2020, she completed a study of Cylena Drury, the wife of John "Grizzly" Adams, who left her and their children behind for a decade while he sought his fortune out West. Sandy continues to spend much of her time in the study of family genealogy and her town's history. She publishes genealogies for family members, writes articles for the town newspaper, and contributes to the Londonderry Historical Society's website and newsletter.
