Mary Barton is a writer interested in the abilities of consciousness, living well, and the wisdom of today. She has practiced and investigated metaphysics since 1972 when she experienced her first spontaneous out of body experience. Since then she has delved into dreams, lucid dreaming, remote viewing, controlled out of body experiences and the abilities of consciousness.
