Stumptown Publishing, LLC is a small, independent publishing and production house in central West Virginia created to empower the creative projects of Lisa Hayes-Minney and friends. Published also in multiple literary journals and magazines, Lisa has degrees in Written English, Journalism, Liberal Arts, and an MFA in Creative Writing and works as a writing tutor.
