Stumptown Publishing, LLC is a small, independent publishing and production house in central West Virginia created to empower the creative projects of Lisa Hayes-Minney, author, librarian, teacher, and artist. Lisa has degrees in Written English, Journalism, Liberal Arts, and an MFA in Creative Writing.
