Joel’s combined experience in the ministry and business has equipped him with a unique skill set to coach kingdom entrepreneurs and small business owners to excel in their spheres of influence. Since January 2021, he has been coaching, consulting, and teaching leaders how to manifest influence and excellence in the marketplace. Joel holds a Master of Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in coaching and mentoring from Regent University (2009) and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Philosophy and Humanities from the United Graduate College and Seminary International in Kampala, Uganda, in 2024. He is the author of eighteen books on prophetic coaching, spiritual warfare, leadership, and influence.
