My stories are "semiautobiographical" in that most of the characters and settings are based on real people and places in my life (Mostly Hampton Roads, Va) so, if I know you long enough, you'll probably end up as a character. If I had to nail down a genre, would say crime fiction, but there is also romance, humor, adventure and even some supernatural elements. I've met some of the best people I've known in my lowest points and the worst people I've known at the highest points. I write about them all
