Tom Hennessy has been brewing professionally since 1993 and has owned six breweries and helped open dozens more. He is the Author of the cult classic Frankenbrew (DVD 1995), as well as the Fabjob Guide to Become a Coffeehouse Owner (2001) and the Fabjob Guide to Become a Restaurant Owner (2002), Brewery Operations Manual (2015), Colorado Boy SOP (2016), The Affordable Brewery (2020) and The Business Operating System (2023). Tom teaches an immersion course on how to open breweries at his current brewpub, Colorado Boy (coloradoboy.com) in Montrose, Colorado. The course is a mentorship program that has helped open over 130 breweries in the U.S. South America, Australia and Europe.
