After dropping out of high school at 16, Trey earned a bachelor’s at the age of 19, and MBA at 21. He and his now wife, Shelby, then decided to take a Master’s in HRD while deciding what to do next, and he later completed the Master of Entrepreneurship, because he thought it sounded like fun. He started his first venture, a web page development company, at the age of 18, and after the MBA, spent time as a business plan consultant. He now runs the family business, an academic conference planner. Stricken by Epilepsy at 31, he began trying to make sense of a new world, researching biology, physics, alternative healing, religion, shamanism, metaphysics, spirituality, meditation, advaita and cosmic consciousness, finally realizing that enlightenment and self-realization was what he had been trying to find.
