Vanessa Womack, MBA is the author of ‘Paint the Sky Purple’, her first novel, about a young woman (Valerie Warren) who moved from North Carolina to New York City to escape part of a culture that kept her trapped. Valerie becomes entangled in an affair that spans decades of love, pain and missed opportunities that finally ends in a sweet peace.
