W.A Booker holds a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science and a Master's Degree in Counseling and Psychology. He holds a certification in Anger Management and has been married over 30 years. He has held the position of adjunct professor at Shaw University and held lecture series at North Central Texas College. During his leisure time, he enjoys golf, dining out, traveling and grilling/smoking meats.
