I’m a Colombian American 40 year old baddie living with stage four metastatic breast cancer. This small book was written on my phone, mostly in bed at 4 am or in waiting rooms. I live in what was a Quaker farm, complete with a big partly stone barn, random assortment of chickens and two very cute but diabolical dogs. I am married to the love of my life and we have an 11 year old boy who is already taller than me. I was first diagnosed when he was two years old and I’m very grateful for every day I get to spend with my family. I’ve always loved writing as a healing practice.
