Welcome to our village... We have lost our Queen (Lewa) and a queen must be chosen! Princess Maat is the oldest and in line to be queen but she is overwhelmed with the thought of being a queen. She watched her stepmother gracefully reign and she does not think she is fit to be a queen. She rather travel the far lands to a sacred place where she can be free. However, her sister, Princess Ifé is the youngest and not in line to be queen but has always wanted to be queen! Princess Ifé’s heart is heavy. She can not let her sister travel the far lands alone. Queen Lewa was her mother and Princess Maat’s mother was King Tehuti’s first wife but Queen Lewa has never treated them differently. Her mother, Queen Lewa has always told them to stay together!
