Let's be honest here for a minute: These workouts are not miracle 6-pack or gain huge muscle workouts, they are simply designed for those who either have no time for the gym, or hate going to the gym but still want to feel fit and healthy and gradually see more and more results in the mirror.
The diet plan is barely even a plan, it's more suggestions and tips to get you eating more healthy without sacrificing the food you love. I still eat take-out 1-2 times a week, but what you eat from take-out is what is most important.
Last note: The reason I wrote this e-book was because when I started using these workouts an diet tips I started to feel like a whole new person. Instead of going to the gym I would be cooking dinner and while the water boiled I would smash out a workout and feel accomplished for the day. The diet tips that I wrote down along my own journey not only helped me lose weight and tone up but I NEVER went hungry, I always felt well fed and energetic.
